Terms of Use

Rindwell · effective 27 October 2026 · back to the seed house

1

Agreeing to these terms

By using Rindwell you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

2

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which can be withdrawn, to use Rindwell on iOS for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

3

Kernels and goods

Kernels are earned only by colouring and planting packets, opening crates, filling market labels and winning rosettes. They and the paint sets, nibs, frames and ornaments they unlock exist only inside the app, have no value outside it, and can't be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for anything. There are no in-app purchases. Deleting the app or using "Dig over the whole plot" resets them.

4

Your paintings

The pictures you colour are yours to keep and share. They stay on your device unless you choose to share one through the system share sheet.

5

Fair use of the app

Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or tamper with its saved data.

6

Ownership

Rindwell, including its line drawings, illustrations, sound effects and code, belongs to its developer. This licence doesn't transfer any of it to you.

7

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows the developer isn't liable for any loss arising from its use.

8

For everyone

Rindwell is a gentle colouring app suitable for general audiences, children included. It works offline, has no accounts and no adverts.

9

Changes and questions

These terms may be updated; the current version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the app means accepting it. Rindwell is developed by Wesley Powell; questions about these terms can go to mail@projodder.site.
